We obtained full Planning Permission for a redesign of this house to contemporary standards.

The house is ‘reverse living’ with the main Kitchen/Dining/Living space located at First Floor level opening onto a spacious rear terrace. A gallery level is inserted into this double height space to provide additional relaxation space and a vantage point of the sea views.

The massing of the building is broken down in successive layers to present an interesting and contemporary building which adapts to the varied elevations of neighbouring houses.
